I agree with your assessment on the virus... and your assessment about the higher up. I'm honestly tempted to try asking Han about how they're actually doing that... but I doubt he'd he give a straight answer. The support services though... he might tell you what those are if you ask.

As for the rest... I hope that's not the case. If someone gets murdered in the same way as the last three... that'd imply that they'd somehow be able to make the killer choose those specific methods.
