He'd...he'd just recovered from being ill-- [ she cuts herself off. she can't even acknowledge that flat was right. ]

He was from where I came from. He was this thing we call a Heroic Spirit, which is like a super powerful being based on a character or legend. But we had all our abilities taken away, so I guess he was nothing more than a tall and skinny man.
