The area was cleaned up by the time I got there and the school's robots were working on cleaning up the bus' remains.
Which is mildly suspicious in it's own right.
I... am hesitant to put faith in Yuuki's idea of it being a faked death though.
Akira was a figure of hope and rebellion, yes.
However, it's not hard to understand that faking his death wouldn't shatter our spirits.
It would only make us angrier.

The only real reason I can think of for them faking his death would be if Akira was the spy.
But I can only see him ever working for the administration due to heavy blackmail and/or threats against his friends.

It appears it will be up to you to seek confirmation on if he's dead or not.
