I don't actually have anyone to compare it to. He must be? He has a bunch of regulars who come back for both his coffee and the curry he makes, so it can' be bad.

He was teaching me how to make it too. The coffee mostly, but the curry too, sometimes.

... I've never had anyone throw it away instead of eating it, so alright, I guess? I don't know all of Sojiro-san's tricks and additions though, so it's probably a poor imitation though.
