Aha... I don't really deserve much credit. I just grabbed a bunch of notebooks from the closet.

And don't worry about that! Just write down whatever you have on your mind! It's okay if it doesn't make sense at first.

I thought so too. If anything just to get it all out. Some people have private social media accounts like Twitter for that kinda of stuff, but we don't have that luxury here.

So we'll just have to do it the old fashion way!

I've never used social media accounts myself since I don't exactly have a computer or anything... so a diary works fine for me. I can also probably use a notebook to write recipes to share with everyone, too.

Oh! Do you like to cook? What's your speciality?

Yeah, actually. I got access to the kitchen, so I managed to do some cooking earlier. I specialize mostly in Japanese food myself.

Wow that's great! Do you think you could show me sometime? I'd love to help out!

I don't mind, although I don't want to get into too much trouble for having other people in the kitchen without permission.

My friend Natsuki is a really good baker, but she'd never show me her secrets. She was pretty protective of her stuff.

I mean... I plan on making more complex items, but probably on my own.

Of course! Oh by the way, do you know any vegetarian dishes?

Vegetarian dis-- oh, yeah. I do. There's always vegetable tempura, curry, vegetable gyoza, and there's even soba, too. And if we don't use a meat based broth, I can even do miso.

Wow that all sounds so good! I've been mostly living off side dishes since coming here. Too many meat dishes on the menu...
