Would they actually let you get in the time machine? You might have to get a bit clever with them to pull that off.

It's good to be confidant in yourself. But backup plans other than persuasion don't hurt.

I could set up a distraction. There's so much in this place to use for that, I could think of something...like...uh...

I'm sure there's something here that can be used as a distraction. You could always just oil the floor outside the faculty office then get them to run outside.

That should be a pretty good distraction.
