[ well that's more than waver expected. he blinks, trying to remember what he wanted to say. oh, right-- ]

It's nothing important, really. I just saw the relation between your title and his and wanted to prove it. But we did get off on a bad start. Which I don't really care about, mind you, I'm not looking to be his friend or anything of the sort.

[ but waver does feel a little guilty. mostly terrified, but a little guilty. ]

Lieutenant Anderson can have a rough exterior, but I doubt it was anything personal.

A Lieutenant? That drunk man's a Lieutenant?!

Whatever, I guess he must be somewhat good at his job, then. That or you guys are really lacking in human police officers.
