WEEK 2

[ Week 2 has begun. It's quiet and calm on campus so far, and you definitely aren't being called out for more. You know. BS or icebreakers. The wall is still deceptively easy to hop over, the birds are singing, Todd's somewhere on campus.

I... suppose he might be an... I can't believe I'm about to say this...... alternate universe version of me...? Since we all seem to be from different worlds... yet I've met several others who know of this... this man who seems to have similarities to me. Though um.... Tess said he was an occultist... but, that doesn't quite match up with all the other descriptions.... So now I suppose there is at minimum an third alternate universe me now.....

[It... it makes mildly more sense than there being a handful of other guys with the exact same uncommon name and several pointed similarities to him running around out there. God. How did his life turn into this?]

He...absolutely was not an occultist, first of all. And... I sure am glad this is weird for you too, because it sounds absolutely ridiculous, to me.

This entire experience has been ridiculous.

Aliens are real now, giant robots are real now, magic is real now, androids are real now, People living on Mars is real now and... and at this point I've probably forgotten something because there has been so many ridiculous things to keep track of.

Believe me, I'm of the same opinion. Practically all of this is too impossible to believe. ...But it might do us some good to try to, for awhile.

I know... It's.... it's not like denying any of it is an valid choice.
