Week 4

[ It's now Week 4 at Fayflower University. With the new week comes another memory, and a new floor to explore. That's nice, after everything, right? Right, of course it is.

However, other things have changed besides the floor access. The wall has always been a point of contention after the fiasco in week one. And then the frog, and now the investigation. However, going within three feet of the wall is oppressive now, in feeling. It feels as though you're being watched-- and targeted for something.

[ There's a bit of a surprised sound as he sees that happen to Akira and he can't help but sigh. ]

Maybe... you shouldn't move by yourself for a bit.

... It's not like I can just stand here and wait to be guided everywhere.

But maybe I need to avoid desks...?

That's true, you're not the type of person who likes to have that kind of help... but maybe? I don't mind at least helping you out if you keep hitting desks though.

I think I'll be okay. Let me just...

[ He manages to shuffle around the desk safely this time...! And then almost trips over one of the desk chairs instead.

This isn't like him at all.

The look he sends Shirou just reads "help". ]

[ Shirou sighs, fingers pinching the bridge of his nose before he goes ahead to grab Akira by the hand. ]

You think you can pull yourself up? Just don't let go of me.

Probably.

[ Shirou. Did u ever knoooooow that ur his heeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrooooooooooooooo. ]

Slow and steady, right?

[ He's rising! ]

I won't let go, don't worry.

[ He'll put his effort into keeping his grip tight to make sure that they don't somehow stumble and both fall down. ]

Given how things have been going, if I go too fast I'll probably bump into you and send us flying.

[ But... hey. His knees are straightened up annnnd... voila! ]

You're banned from doing anything dangerous until this wears off. But... [ He sighs before smiling, just a little. ] You're welcome.

I'm reckless, but not actively trying to get myself killed, I promise.

[ He gives Shirou's arm a little squeeze. ]

I'll trust you.

[ For now, anyway. ] If you do die, I won't forgive you.

[covertizer]

[ Oof. ]

There's an ultimatum if I ever heard one.

Do you want me to take it back?

[covertizer]

I'd think you didn't care if you did.

[ Tragic. ]

Harsh...

[ He frowns, but it's not serious. It's rather playful, in fact. ] But fine. I wasn't going to take it back to begin with.

[covertizer]

Aw, you do care.

[ And then he bumps his elbow against another desk and makes a frustrated wheezing sort of sound. ]

Oi...

[ He frowns, but he still hasn't let go of Akira's hand. ] Now you're just embarrassing me, though. Of course I care. I don't have a reason not to, do I?

Try not to get too worried though - if this is what I’m dealing with indefinitely then I’m going to end up with a few more unavoidable bruises.
