Fourth Study Session

Today, there is nothing to return-- no way to be sure that the events that have repeated themselves three different weeks now have not happened yet again. But by now perhaps you're simply aware that you should be cautious on these days.

The sun is shining, the birds are singing.

And while the dormitory seems to be in the same condition you left it when you slept-- the same cannot be said of outside or the main building.

[A lot has happened in here. But the most obvious thing is most likely the broken window. There's also some scuffs on the edges of the window.

But that's just a small portion of the chaos in here.]

[Cool. This is fun. Monika is going to take a closer look at the equipment.]

[The equipment looks fine... but there are a few items here that don't belong.

Namely a kitchen knife, taser and a switchblade.]

[Fun. Cool. Awesome. She is going to carefully bag those. The kitchen knife make her especially nervous for some reason...

Is there anything else of value to note?

[While bagging them, you'll notice that the prongs of the taser are out. Seems to have been used.

But there's also some marks on the ground around here.]

[DOUBLE EXTRA CAREFUL-

She'll take a closer look at those marks then. Do they match up with the window's at all?]

[They do not. In fact-- it just looks like someone stabbed the ground several times.]

[Was Yuri here?

Actually she wants to take a closer look at the mark on the window to be safe.]

[Ye-- no.

The scuff marks here don't appear to be the result of any blade. Something seems to have hit it though.]

[Thank you. Monika makes notes about all the things she found and leaves the room, shutting the door behind her.

Her knees feel weak suddenly though, and she slides down against it and holds her head in her hands. A small sob escapes her as she tries to take deep breaths between whispers.]

It doesn't matter... it's okay... none of this matters...

[ Connor finds her, after he’s done with Rebecca. He can hear her crying, talking to herself. He approaches slowly, cautiously. ]

Monika...?

[Monika quickly stands up, wiping her face as she does.]
