If I had to pick... Rhythm games. The carefully calculated instalment length, the synaesthesia of it all - they're wonderful.

Oh! Do you like the dancing ones? Those ones were always pretty fun, although...I'm kinda too awkward to be good at them.

Oh, those are way easier...Ones where you just have to use your hands. Like...BeatMania, or whatever it was.

...The American versions of these games were always pretty crummy, though. They'd fill the soundtrack with crappy covers of "popular" songs in America.

...I don't mean to be culturally insensitive, but that's criminal. I deeply respect non-Japanese artists who try to make their own music that actually fits the format, for sure. But you have to take into account the beat per minute differences of moraic and syllabic languages,
