There's also your tablets to play with. There are several apps-- and even a game! They didn't leave you without some entertainment. The music is a bit dated though...

And should you wish, there's still time to talk to the "staff" in a more... private setting. The office. They're not hard to find. Well-- your Professor, Han and Megumi aren't. Oswald is a bit more... difficult. ]

[ Being stuck in a school, while it might not necessarily be the worst thing around is actually making Shirou be a little antsy. The fact that he's unable to cook is bothering him a little bit and he just simply can't sit still in the slightest bit. He kind of wants to do some cleaning, but he feels that wouldn't necessarily be the most productive of his time, either.

But Shirou, unfortunately, is an early riser - wakes up at around six in the morning usually to prepare breakfast for a bunch of people that stayed over at the house; nowadays it was Sakura, Fuji-nee, Rider and Saber. Sometimes Illya, on occasion, but she tended to keep to herself in the castle, given that a certain maid didn't exactly... like him, all that much.

Hence why people might notice him pacing around the hallways a little impatiently before giving up and deciding to head to the gymnasium. He might as well get his daily routine done here, even if it might be fruitless, which is why he's found doing a bunch of shirtless push-ups. What people might notice while he is doing this are one of two things: the first being that he is actually pretty well built, and the second being that he has some sort of strange... tattoo on his left hand that reveals his Command Seals.

Once that's all said and done, however, he'll finally go ahead and grab breakfast at the cafeteria, but people might notice that he has his tablet next to him - which is kind of strangely impolite to be checking on while eating, but he can't help but look over his own profile once again, noting the oddities of it all. Of course, he doesn't mind being bothered, but he certainly is quite distracted.

As for the rest of the day, you might find him going through the student supplies room for anything useful and the closet in the gym. ]

[ waver didn't mean to head to the gym, to be quite honest. he's never had anything to find in a gym before, and that still hasn't changed.

but when he sees shirou doing push ups he...can't help but stare a little.

not just at how well built he is, but at the tattoo on his hand-- could those be command seals? did he find the second master that rider had mentioned?!

and, more importantly-- ]

H-hey! [ he walks over to shirou, but keeps a fair distance out of caution. ] Those...marks on your hand. Are they Command Seals?

[ When he hears the voice, it's enough for him to stop for the time being, wiping the sweat off his brow as he goes right on ahead to sitting in a seiza style on the gymnasium floor, looking up at Waver with a completely opposite reaction; there's no caution in his face and he looks rather relaxed in spite of himself, too. ]

Huh? Oh... did Rider tell you that? [ That's the only person that Shirou can think of who he told, since the others are probably oblivious to it all. ] Yeah. They're leftovers from the end of the War, I guess you could say. Although someone tried to restart the fifth War again, but none of the Servants or Masters are particularly interested in obtaining the Holy Grail anymore.

The Fifth war?

[ that...that doesn't sound right. waver had studied all he could about the grail war, and as far as he knew, there were only three grail wars before the one he was participating!

so either this person was lying or...

but there's androids...and stuff that's much more technological than he knew.

waver huffs. he'll worry about it later.]

Huh. I guess I was just curious why you still have yours. I thought these people took mine away from me but I don't get why they'd take them from me and not from you.

Yeah.

[ If he was asked if he was lying or not, he would be honest. There's no reason for him to lie to begin with. What would the purpose even be? ]

So you're a Master, too... [ He's definitely not familiar with his face, though, and he remembers all the Masters from his war. Could this be— ] And I don't know. It's not like my Command Seals are useful here, anyway, unless I could somehow bring Saber here and have her rescue us somehow...

Yeah. Except I'm from the Fourth war. [ master of saber, huh... ]

at least that confirms that they're from different wars. after all, saber's master was the einzbern lady, wasn't it? ]

You'd be lucky to even use your Magecraft at all. [ yeah. it makes no sense for him to have his seals. ] So they probably just forgot to take it off from you.

The fourth...?

[ That causes his eyes to widen ever so slightly in surprise. There's something about it that makes him want to ask. He really wants to, especially since he knows that there's three people that were deeply connected with the fourth war.

There's Saber, and then there's-- ]

You didn't happen to know my old man, did you? He was a participant in the fourth war.

[ His voice sounds almost frantic for a second there before he calms himself to talk about magecraft. ]

I don't know, I'm not really all that great with magecraft to begin with. At least, not in comparison to some of the others... like Tohsaka. Since I can only really do one thing.

[ While he might be a little bit distracted, it's not to the point of him being unable to see what's going on with his food, given that he's idly putting rice into his mouth with chopsticks, so when the attempt to take his food is made and Shirou tries to go for his own breakfast again and realizes he's grabbed nothing, his attention soon diverts to.

[His attention might be directed towards the Robbie Rotten-esque man in green under the table, who is now speaking with a mouthful of rice.]

Of course you wouldn't if you're under there... [ Shirou can't help but frown as he peers under the table now. ] But what exactly are you doing under the table?

[puts another handful of rice in his mouth]

[ Grabbing breakfast is helpful in keeping one in shape; so naturally as Terra has a routine to keep himself, he will be heading into here and grabbing some food.

One thing he notices is the red head checking out his tablet in a distracted manner as he comes by with his own plate of food. He's a little curious, so he figures it can't hurt to ask.

If it's too personal, he's prepared to back off though. ]

...Something about it bothering you?

[ While it's a little embarrassing to admit, it isn't as if it's too personal. Not in his opinion, anyway. ]

Yeah, just a little bit. I don't understand why there's quotation marks around my name. And there's a semi-colon here, next to my job at Copenhagen, but there's nothing next to it.

Especially with the random semi-colon. I'm sure that one is more someone kind of not doing their job more than anything...makes sense, right?

I.... can offer a few highly speculative theories.... but a few are rather, ah... upsetting.
