Doki Doki After Party Club

[Later into the evening, everyone will find familiar handwritten notes on their doors. It's pretty obvious who it's from:]
---Monika
[Those who decide to come will find nothing has really changed in the cafeteria, but Monika sitting at one of the tables while Shirou cooks in the kitchen. She has a new stack of notebooks and pens with her in case someone needs it. Monika does her best to greet everyone with a smile. The only real comfort though is the smell of good food.]

It’s a (shoddily) handmade piñata, shaped just like your esteemed Todd! Just the thing to lift everyone’s spirits!
What’s inside, though? That’s for you to find out!]

[There's no hesitation in her voice, but why would there be?]

[And out from his sleeve slides a ruler, that keeps going and going and - no, wait, it’s just a regular sized one.]
Here you go! You can pretend it’s a bladed weapon, if you wish.
[Go nuts, kid.]

[And she's taking a hard swack at the thing.]

[Keep going Maya, you’ll need to hit Todd a whole lot more! ...if you can stand to.]

But guess who's always up for punching things that look like Todd? ]
You actually made it?

[ ... ]
I'm not going to need any weapon to whack it with, though. Just make sure it's in one spot, and that'll be good enough.
[ His hand clenches into a fist; he's gonna punch it! ]
no subject
He holds the Piñata steady.]
Go, go! Blow me away!
no subject
[ He'll be punching the thing. Hard.
Yeah, it's probably already starting to crack open... ]
no subject
[That’s an impressive sight. Another punch at that force would probably be overkill, but...]
One more time.

[ That encourages him all the more for whatever reason (besides the fact it has Todd's face on it), and with another punch from him it's probably already been split open -- what are we looking at here for the "prizes"? ]
no subject
Nothing.
Absolutely nothing.]
Surpriiiise!
no subject
...That was kind of underwhelming, but I can't deny it wasn't a little satisfying.
[ The whole breaking it open. ]

Who gets first swing?

Akira takes a minute to point the piñata thoughtfully, and then he grabs the ruler and delivers a solid, satisfying smack to the side of its neck.
...
That felt good, yes. ]
no subject
Having fun?
no subject
[ Otherwise he'll just keep going. ]
no subject
[By all means go wild, Akira.]
no subject
[ But he's going to whale on it anyway. ]

Hey. ]
You thought of a prize!
no subject
[You all should pay your thanks for that.]
