[Later into the evening, everyone will find familiar handwritten notes on their doors. It's pretty obvious who it's from:]

"Please come to the cafeteria if you don't want to be alone or talk some things out. Emiya (Shirou) will be preparing food. You're also welcome to bring your notebooks if you'd rather just write with company."

[Those who decide to come will find nothing has really changed in the cafeteria, but Monika sitting at one of the tables while Shirou cooks in the kitchen. She has a new stack of notebooks and pens with her in case someone needs it. Monika does her best to greet everyone with a smile. The only real comfort though is the smell of good food.]

[If you want to talk to Monika, feel free to do so. She staring into her cup of tea silently and tapping her pen against her notebook while she thinks. She'll snap out of it when someone approaches her.]

Oh! H-Hello, I'm glad you came. How...are you doing?

[ Tess shows up, and just. Pulls together a plate of food, mumbles a "thanks" in Shirou Emiya's general direction, grabs a notebook, and walks over to a table. Come...... say hi......? ]

As well as I can, I guess... How are you holding up?

I'm um... hm. I feel pretty conflicted if I'm being honest. But I'm okay I guess.

[ Shirou is, of course, here and of course he's cooking up a storm. Of course that isn't to say that he isn't here for conversation, but he's a little distracted by cooking that he might not actually say anything to anyone, but... he'll definitely respond to those who talk to him, maybe.

But people might notice that, just like the trial, there's no trace of emotion in his eyes. ]

[Viral isn't at the afterparty long - just long enough to be visible, grab a bit of food, and vanish again, really.

It does seem like he's looking for someone in particular, but if you want to snag him before he vanishes again...]

[Monika is helping with getting the food out so people can eat, but when it's a little more quiet, she'll stop and stand near him for a moment.]

Emiya... are you okay?

...huh? Yeah, I'm fine.

[Well she said she'd drink some coffee. But in truth she's doing more inhaling of the coffee than actually consuming it. The smell is somewhat therapeutic.

...nothing bad has happened to her yet so. She's... she doing. And honestly she'd rather spend this last time with the Apprentices than anywhere else if this is really it.]

[ Osomatsu turns up at the cafeteria eventually. He sits at one of the tables and chugs the Bakon Vodka he brought with him before slamming the bottle on the table and burying his head in his arms. ]

[ Judging by how empty the bottle is (and it's a large bottle!), he's clearly been trying to drown his sorrows in booze. So yeah, he's pretty drunk. And the Bud Light he already drank as well didn't help. ]

[ If anyone approaches him, he'll lift his head and say: ]

Every time something like this happens, I feel like a different person.

[Monika is strong. To do this so soon after...that.]

[She offers a smile and gets up for a moment to grab her another cup.]

[Henry will just plop down in a seat too. And, no, he didn't bring the head here - he has just barely enough social know-how to realize that might possible be Bad - so it's just him, solo.]
