"Please come to the cafeteria if you don't want to be alone or talk some things out. Emiya (Shirou) will be preparing food. You're also welcome to bring your notebooks if you'd rather just write with company."

[Those who decide to come will find nothing has really changed in the cafeteria, but Monika sitting at one of the tables while Shirou cooks in the kitchen. She has a new stack of notebooks and pens with her in case someone needs it. Monika does her best to greet everyone with a smile. The only real comfort though is the smell of good food.]

The top of the hat opens, a cartoonish sign springs out, behind the projection of the head]

The projection disappears, the sign vanishes back into the hat, and with a beeping noise the lens and the legs retract. Doris let herself fall to the floor, pretending to be inactive.

Look, Connor, she stopped, since you asked so nicely! She totally isn't active anymore! If you pick her up she won't even try to escape!]

[ this seems like a trap. so he sends a message to the bowler hat guy: ]

Your hat is hiding under a table. Please retrieve it.

[Oh you tattletale. Unable to see the message, Doris stays still, waiting for Connor to leave her somewhere so she can sneak and continue her spying.

The hat man doesn't reply. Instead, after a few minutes, he peeks into the cafeteria, locating Connor, and strides towards him. This has to be a trap, he's sure of it, but he can't leave Doris at the hands of a kidnapper]

Why do you have my hat? You stole her, you thief!

[Oh. Wait. It's evening. The hat guy shakes his head, raising a finger]

Wait, I'm wrong. You stole her, you burglar!

I literally sent you a message to retrieve it. Why would I do that, if I meant to take it from you?

It's some double psychology trick?

[Doris is so disappointed., seriously]

How did I even lose it...I hadn't noticed until a moment ago it wasn't in my room...
