An instance of darkness won’t leave behind a trace of shadow
[ Today's been another difficult trial, in of itself, but even after everything, the brunet doesn't find himself so willing to slink back, and just sullenly go about the night. How could he, when people were suffering, when his heart was telling him to reach out to them?
He gathers collections of papers and a pen.
They may think that what they're doing is right, and that they'll save everything if they sacrifice the lives of people they don't know. But we already know the truth, and I'm not about to let them have the satisfaction of what they might think is a 'job well done'.
Remember, deep down in our hearts, we're stronger than anything they can throw at us. Even if it doesn't feel it right now, the people we cherish and love will always be with us, no matter where we are. Together, we can make it through anything if we support each other in the hardest times, and keep fighting, no matter what happens.
If you don't want to be alone, you can come down by the library. There's some food for anyone who's hungry.

Terra's sure that maybe the cafeteria is better for a place with food, but there's a reason why he's in the library. It looks like he has a few candles he found from shenanigans with last week and he's going to be probably setting them up, unless someone tells him it's a bad idea.
There's mostly some sandwiches he's made, and some juice he's brought along. Nothing too heavy because of what happened, but all in all, he tried his best. He's sure that's what Viral and Henry would've wanted... probably. ]

Yeah. I know.
[ Hank's gonna put those dad moves on you, Osomatsu. He pats the top of his little mushroom head, messing up his hair. ]
Look, you don't have to have all this shit figured out. You're still young. I just don't wanna see you picking up bad habits this soon, you get me?
[ Hank, he's 21. ]
no subject
[ Actually Osomatsu's 22
but his show never actually stated what his real age is beyond 'in his early twenties' so eh][ God, Hank patting him reminds Oso of what he does with his brothers. He's not used to being the one pet on the head. Oso's not really complaining. He's just not used to it. ]
[ And wow, Hank is a lot like an uncle. Or a dad. Dad-uncle? But that's not really surprising at this point. ]
...Guess I'm still figurin' out a lot, huh Oji-san? [ And too late, Oso's already got bad habits. ]

[ It's fiiiine he's an uncle and a dad and an ojisan, all wrapped into one. ]
Listen... It's not a bad thing that you're upset 'cause of what happened. Just means you're still soft, deep down, and that's a good thing.

[ He sighs. ]
...I guess so. [ The thing about being tipsy is that you have less of a filter but more coherence than when you're drunk. Or maybe that's just in certain cases, like right now. ]
[ Still, Oso doesn't like being weak-minded. But he can acknowledge that it's not a bad thing to have that one moment of weakness every once in a while. ]
[ Osomatsu stares at the empty Four Loko can... and aimlessly chucks it past Hank a short distance away. Clearly the wine isn't doing it's job well enough for him. ]
...Is the day over yet?
no subject
It will be soon, bud. Maybe you should get some sleep.
no subject
...Yeh. Yeah, I think I shou-- woah! [ As Oso tries to stand up, he nearly loses his balance. Tipsy, remember? ]
Ah... it's fine. I can probs make it to my room. [ ...Doesn't look like it. He's swaying back and forth somewhat. ]
no subject
[ He's got you, little man. ]
What's that thing you're calling me again? Oh-gee-san?
no subject
Uh... it's Oji-san. [ One 'I' only otherwise you get called grandpa instead of uncle. ]
no subject
[ His Japanese is atrocious. ]
Well, Ojisan is here for you, kid. So if you need me to carry your ass to your room, I can do that too.
[ Like a sack of potatoes. ]
no subject
...Yeh! Carry me! Like a... backed pig! Wait, hang on, piggyback.
no subject
[ Hank shakes his head. If that's what it'll take, then he's here for it. He bends down, turning his back towards Osomatsu. ]
Hop on.
no subject
Hup! [ Oso unsteadily hops onto Hank's back. ]
no subject
[ It's fine -- Hank's tougher than he looks, he has no problem straightening out and carrying him. If anything, it's his knees that are protesting, but it's fiiine. ]
Straight to bed, alright?
no subject
'Kaaay~! [
Sad thing is, even though Oso's only tipsy, he's still going to get a hangover in the morning.]Onwards!
no subject
The tragedy of youth.]Yeah, yeah, don't jostle me.
[ He's whining but he's going, as directed. And smiling a little because, c'mon, he's gotta. ]
no subject
[ And they're off! ]
[ On the way there, a tipsy Osomatsu slightly nuzzles against Hank like an exhausted little kid. ]
Hey... Oji-san?
Thanks.
no subject
Yeah. [ Hank smiles, glad that Osomatsu can't see the sad look on his face. ] You're welcome, kid.
